We got introduced to Paul when our neighbor across the street put up their house for sale.  We witness the work they did to renovate that house and saw how quickly it sold.  So we decided to set up a meeting with Paul.  We chose Paul as our realtor because he was very high energy, aggressive, knowledgeable, experienced, passionate and he had a plan.  He assessed our house and we agreed on the work needed to make our house sparkle and to sell for top dollar.  Paul did all the leg work when it came to getting comps, marketing materials, setting up inspections and disclosure paper work.  We ended up with two open houses (Sat & Sun) and had offers by Tuesday.  Overall, we were happy with the outcome of our sale and we couldn’t have done it without Paul.  He delivered on everything that was promised and we would highly recommend him.  Thanks Paul!
